I completed my PhD Learning to Live with Flying-foxes at Deakin University.
I studied the care for the grey-headed flying-foxes in Yarra Bend Park and worked with many of the volunteers. I am interested in the relationships between flying-foxes and humans, and how they can be improved. This is critical, as the flying-foxes are an ecologically important species that is threatened with extinction. They are in much need of our care and consideration going forward.
